Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing a minimum of 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us.

Eligibility for Refunds

Cancellations made with 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment are eligible to be rescheduled or refunded. Clients must adhere to the cancellation notice period to qualify for a refund or rescheduling option.

Please note that that all refunds are subject to payment processing fees.

Package Refunds:

Refunds for cancelled sessions within a package will be prorated based on the remaining sessions in the package. Clients will receive a refund equivalent to the remaining sessions in the package, minus any payment processing fees.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request. Please allow sufficient time for processing, and contact us if you have any questions regarding your refund status.

Client Responsibilities

It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely communication of cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of eligibility for refunds or rescheduling.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that clients may require flexibility with the cancellation policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
